Bob and Sarah are lifelong animal lovers. Spending time with animals was a hobby until they decided to turn their passion for pets into a business. They own dogs and cats themselves, so they understand how important exercise is for happy, healthy pets.
The idea came from their rescue dog Summer, a border collie–hound mix with more energy than they knew what to do with. Long daily walks transformed her behavior, and they wanted to share that with other pet owners. The business is named for the many trails around the valley, where dogs can explore nature and burn off energy.
Tails 2 Trails is bonded and insured through Pet Sitters Associates, and was featured in the Valley Press.
A few of the friends we've walked and cared for.

“Sarah and Bob of Tails 2 Trails really take their job personally. My dog Charlie is every thing to me and he loves them. In snowy weather they put a special kind of Chap Stick on his paws so the salt wouldn't hurt him… They are reasonably priced, show up and are very honest.”
“Bob and Sarah came to our house before their first visit alone so that the dogs would feel comfortable with them. They have been available in ‘last minute’ situations which has been so helpful!… I would recommend them to anyone, any day.”
“One of my dogs is fearful of strangers and very protective of the house, but Bob was able to work his way into Wiley's heart with treats and understanding… I've used other dog sitting services in the past and have had numerous issues so I am thrilled to have found Tails 2 Trails!”
“Their visits are generous in length, and their deep knowledge of canine health and behavior ensures excellent care of our dogs… And the proof is our dogs love to see Bob and Sarah, always greeting them like long lost friends. Absolutely no finer pet care than Tails2Trails!”
