We first met Bob and Sarah at the local dog park where we were all enjoying some fun time with our dogs. When we learned of their 'Tails2Trails' services, we knew they were the kind of responsible, caring help we need when we are away. And for years since then, we have been consistently delighted by their services. Even when we call for help at the last minute, they work hard to accommodate us. Their visits are generous in length, and their deep knowledge of canine health and behavior ensures excellent care of our dogs. Also important to mention is their personal honesty and integrity; they exquisitely look after both our pets and our home. Bob and Sarah are the best! They came to my house and spent time evaluating both of my dogs to better understand their personalities. One of my dogs is fearful of strangers and very protective of the house, but Bob was able to work his way into Wiley’s heart with treats and understanding. I was able to go away for New Year’s this year and when I returned the house was spotless and the dogs were happy and relaxed. Bob and Sarah from Tails2Trails have been taking care of our two pups since Fall 2012. We needed to secure someone who was knowledgable about animals and someone we could trust to take care of our dogs when we were running late home from work, out of town on business, or taking a vacation. Bob and Sarah came to our house before their first visit alone so that the dogs would feel comfortable with them. They have been available in 'last minute' situations which has been so helpful! I always liked them and trusted them in my home and with my dogs, but there was one moment that really made it evident that my dogs LOVED them. Our older dog, Kaya, cannot contain herself when we go to the local dog park and always drags us to the gate. One day we saw Bob and Sarah leaving the dog park and instead of dragging us to the gate Kaya dragged us over to see them - and for us that was more than enough evidence that Bob and Sarah treat our pups as if they were their own and that Kaya and Chase LOVED their dog walkers. I would recommend them to anyone, any day.

When we are away, Bob and Sarah of Tails 2Trails take care of our three dogs, ancient kitty, an aquarium of fish and two aviaries of parakeets, finches and love birds. Bob and Sarah are wonderful because they are completely reliable, responsible and compassionate. Also, their attention to detail and being prepared for any situation is very comforting. It hardly seems possible to have more wonderful things to say about Bob and Sarah, but I do. We have just returned from Ireland where we were stranded for an unexpected additional 5 days due to Storm Sandy. Bob and Sarah went more than the extra distance to extend their care of our dogs, cat, birds and fish ensuring that they were perfectly cared for all through the storm. They sent frequent updates to us in Europe and even brought water to our property while our well was inoperable due to the power outage. I recommend them highly.

Charlie on BreakSarah and Bob of Tails 2 Trails really take their job personally. My dog Charlie is every thing to me and he loves them. In snowy weather they put a special kind of Chap Stick on his paws so the salt wouldn't hurt him. They brought him really healthy treats. Sarah even makes her own occasionally. I would never let anyone ever watch or walk my Charlie again other than them. They are reasonably priced, show up and are very honest.
